By creating a kavachOS Cloud account or using the kavachOS Cloud service, you agree to these terms. If you are using kavachOS Cloud on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
You may not use kavachOS Cloud to violate any applicable law or regulation. You may not use the service to store or transmit malicious code. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices may change with 30 days notice. If you exceed your plan limits, we will notify you before taking any action. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
The kavachos npm package is licensed under the MIT license. These terms apply only to the kavachOS Cloud managed service, not the open source software.
kavachOS Cloud is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
